To edit the testimonial, go to this blog post’s Settings by hovering over the blog post item on the left and clicking on the 3 dots → In the popup, Content section, navigate to the Excerpt field. Type or paste your testimonial in this field.

Follow the existing text format for the testimonial (Paragraph 3, italics) and person’s details (Heading 4).
